What would it be like inside a snow globe? Peaceful. Joyful. Loving. Everything picture perfect.
As a child, I was fascinated by those see-through crystal balls with falling snow. The winter scenes and the people were all so real for me, and I used imaginative thought to transport myself there. It wasn’t a far stretch, growing up in IL, I played in the snow and went sledding with my friends.
They now have two gigantic snow globes that are part of the Christmas decorations featured in the center courtyard area of the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. It is absolutely stunning.
If I could only get Santa to send me up there with my son and granddaughters – even if for just a day or two – I would be there in a jiffy. I would even hitch a ride on his magical sleigh with his flying reindeer.
So if you happen to be in Vegas for the Holidays, be sure to stop by the Bellagio Hotel to check it out. Relive the magic of Christmas and the Holidays and use the powers of imagination to be swept away.
